1. About Batchine
Batchine (batchine.com) is a tool that generates AI-image prompt sets, operated by Skyclad Magic LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase or use Batchine.
3. User Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
Plans are yearly memberships paid through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each year at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel, and we'll email you before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership year you've paid for. Top-off packs are one-time purchases; their extra sets expire one year after purchase. Daily set allowances, the number of pages per set, and prices may change for future membership years, and we'll notify you before a change affects your plan.
5. License
You may use the prompts and any images you generate from them for personal or commercial purposes, including in products you sell.
6. Intellectual Property
Batchine's software, prompt-generation system, and catalogue content remain the property of Skyclad Magic LLC. Purchasing a tier gives you the right to use the service to generate output — it doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying system.
7. Acceptable Use
No reselling or sharing account access, no attempting to scrape or circumvent generation limits, no using the service to generate illegal or infringing content.
8. AI-Generated Content
Prompts are generated using AI and are meant as a starting point; results from third-party AI image tools are outside our control, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before using it commercially, including checking for anything that could raise copyright or trademark issues.
9. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Updates
We may add, change, or retire catalogue content over time. Higher plans automatically unlock new catalogue waves at no extra cost while your membership is active.

12. Disclaimer
Batchine is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skyclad Magic LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Batchine.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
