What exactly do I get?
A yearly membership to the part of the Batchine catalogue your plan includes — matching, style-consistent AI-image prompt sets for planners, journals, labels, and the rest of the catalogue, each with Canva placement guidance or print-ready specs depending on the product. Each plan includes a number of free sets every day: 3 on Planner Suite, 4 on Starter, 5 on Pro, and 6 on All-Access.
Which AI image tools do the prompts work in?
Any AI image generator — Midjourney, ChatGPT/DALL-E, Ideogram, and similar tools all work. If you turn on "render page titles directly in the art" for products that support it, results vary by tool — some (like ChatGPT/DALL-E) render text reliably, others (like Midjourney) historically don't.
Is this a subscription?
Yes, a yearly one. You pay once a year, and your plan renews automatically on the same date each year until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
Do you design the products for me?
No. Batchine generates the prompts and guidance; you run them through your own AI image tool, then assemble the result in Canva (or send straight to print, for print-spec products).
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for the one narrow exception (duplicate charges or a technical issue that blocked your access).
Why does it say I've used today's free sets?
Each plan includes a set number of free sets per day (3, 4, 5, or 6 depending on your plan), resetting at midnight Eastern time. To keep going the same day, add a top-off pack from your account page: 25 extra sets for $7.99 or 50 for $14.99. Pack sets are used only after your free daily sets run out, and they expire one year after purchase.
How many pages can one set have?
Up to 15 page designs per set. If you pick more pages than that (a full planner, for example), Batchine automatically makes it as several matching sets in the same style, one after another. Each set counts as one of your daily sets.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrading charges only the difference for the rest of your current membership year, and unlocks the higher plan's catalogue and daily sets immediately. Your renewal date stays the same.
