Refund Policy

All sales are final. Batchine grants immediate access to the tools and catalogue included in your plan the moment your payment completes. Because access is granted instantly and can’t be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for plans, plan upgrades, or top-off packs.

Plans renew automatically once a year. We email you before each renewal, and you can cancel anytime from your account page (Manage billing) to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you’ve already paid for. If a renewal goes through that you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge. As long as you haven’t generated any sets since it renewed, we’ll refund it.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge) or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving access you paid for, contact us at creators@batchine.com and we’ll look into it.
